  8. To install Issue Manager, run INSTALL.EXE from the distribution disk.
  9. To install onto a networked machine running a shared copy of Windows,
  10. run INSTALL.EXE /N.

  15. If you obtained Issue Manager from an on-line system in the form of a 
  16. .ZIP (or other compressed format) file, unzip the file into a 
  17. temporary directory.  Then run INSTALL.EXE from this directory.  To
